The Pain-Free Play Program gives you these tools in a 3-month package. Whether you're interested in meeting in person for hands-on work, or prefer a virtual program, there is a solution for you!
All packages include a 90-minutes evaluation & assessment session, either at my Littleton office or via Zoom, to discuss your current needs, perform assessments, and design your program. The online option does not include massage or manual therapy sessions.
Sessions in packages occur over 3 months. You have the option to pay in full or pay monthly on an auto-debit option. After the 3 months is over, you will have the option to enroll in another 3-month program or continue monthly.
